Sorry all I have not been so great at posting regularly lately! I am now posting my 29 week belly pic and I am really only 5 days from 31 weeks now :). Sorry about that, anyhow this belly is now growing by the day. I can't beleive that I only have 8 weeks left I'm so excited, nervous, scared, happy all at once. The whole thing is such a new experience to me that I'm just not sure exactly what to expect. Well I hope you enjoy the belly pic, and by next weekend look for my shower pics and another belly pic for week 31 :) By the way I am getting a little puggy in the face uggh sorry these pictures just keep getting worse lol.

New Background

I thought I would write a short little note since baby is almost here. I wanted to change the background for now to get ready for my little man it's definately a baby boy background. I will be posting my 29 week belly pic tonight or tomorrow so look for that :) also my shower is coming up March 7th I cannot wait for it. I will post some great pics I have tons of family and friends coming from out of town to see me (how special do I feel). Talk to you all soon.

Little Man Update

So my little man is growing rapidly apparently at 28 weeks he weighs in at roughly 2 1/2 pounds now!! Which may sound little and cute still, but not when he is in your belly :) He also is around 15 inches from what I read and understand. I know he is definately is getting longer because today he kicked all the way over on my side. Until that today he has just been kicking in the front and they haven't been that strong, but man he is packing a punch now. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for my little family Chris, Duke, and little man. I just can't wait to see him and hug him and kiss him. He is so precious to me already and I haven't even met him yet, but oddly enough I already no I love him more than my life and everything in it!! Just when you think you can't love something more ( well you can). I'm on a count down of less than 3 months now basically I only have 2 1/2 months left aahhhh. I still have so much to do, not going to lie my main focus is my baby shower coming up. That will be so much fun there is nothing like this feeling I am experiencing right now with knowing I'm going to be somebody's mommy. I just want to bring him home and let him see how loved and taken care of he will be here with his family. I love you little man we are on the down hill now to meeting you :) Your daddy and I love you so much! Well I'm tired and I'm thinking so is baby so I'm off now hope to hear from you all soon :)

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

Okay well we all know it's not that I'm pregnant haha, but I know somebody else that is..... Okay so It's CARLYE yay!! I'm so excited for her she has been trying for a while now and when she least expected it boom there it was! It was a fun suprise for her and Dave. Chris and I are so excited for them Congrats you guys. I can promise that this journey is amazing and all the changes that happen are amazing! You will enjoy every bit of it I just had to give a shout out for them we love you guys and congrats :)

Belly Pic 27 weeks

Well here I am at 27 weeks already these two weeks each time just keep going it's nuts! I have decided to look down in my pics I just love admiring my belly and the sweet little guy in there! My belly is definatley growing by the week it is amazing! By the way I wear this hat alot in case you haven't noticed I love it :) it's what I wearnow during my bad hair days which is quite often!! Well until next time I will almost be at the big 30 YIKES!!! he's is going to be here soon...

MY NEWEST BLOG

Okay so I have another blog besides this one that I wanted to share with everyone that knows me! I feel it is important to be proud of what I am doing in my life right now and share all those I care about. I have made another blog call My Spiritual Chronicles go to www.cdspiritualchronicles.blogspot.com this is not a private blog please also pass it along to anyone you would like! It is a blog about my story as a convert to the LDS church why I did and I still am doing it. I feel it is important for everyone to understand me better and know where I'm coming from and why it's important to me!! I really encourage you all to go read it and feel free to give your feed back on any of my posts so far I have had 8 responses to it, and what great advice and motivation they have been. I fully converted a little over a year ago and have been diligent in it, I have been going on my own for the past year and do it for me! I now have a new baby coming into the world to think about, it's not all about me anymore. I have had some struggles in my new ward that I have tried to work out and have written about. I just want others that know me to know my story and see it through my eyes a CONVERTS eyes... Enjoy all!!

"Good Friends, Good Times"

Last night my friend Carlye and I went to go eat together at Rumbi's mmm which I love so much :) sorry there I go again, anyhow it was really fun and nice to just go with her to hang and talk. I don't think that we had got together like that in gosh almost a year just us two. I just wanted to make a little post on this to thank her for her time it really means a lot right now to me especially, to have all my friends around and their support. Everyone has their own busy schedules, and Car I appreciated the time you took with me. I really enjoyed going and picking out the fabric with you and all your help. Oh and everyone I am so craft, fabric making, anything you have to make challenged haha. Not Carlye though, let's be honest it jsut isn't fun to go do those things alone so thanks again Car I really enjoyed it :) Okay and the verdict is for all those that voted on the fabric I chose the top one. I think it is going to be sooo cute, I'm starting on it Saturday so hopefully it will be done soon enough to post for you yay!

"5 Years Later"

Well this is a good one! I went to dinner last night with friends of mine from back in hair school. It was so much fun and the reason I titled the post what I did is because, we haven't seen each other in 5 years!!! They both are married and are new mommy's for the first time so it was great to hang with them and relate to them. It made me feel right at home, because everything I would discuss they new exactly how I felt and what I was afraid of etc.... You girls it was so much fun to see you and go eat at Chili's with you :) I want to do it again soon. I also can't wait now until my little man is here to have a play date with Gracie, and Crew. By the way their babies are soooo darn cute. I wish I would have got a picture to post last night duh I even had my camera, oh well I will catch you ladies next time. Hopefully I will see you at my shower too I will be sending my invites by next week :) Talk to you girls soon, and I will just keep checking out the blogs!!

BUGGED (Okay Heather I'm like you I don't do these usually, but I will since you put me on your list)

1. It bugs me when people don't know who goes first at a 4 way stop uugghhh.
2. It bugs me when I get my house all nice and clean and Duke comes in from out back with mud on his paws.
3. It bugs me when Chris drinks out of the milk jug then puts it back eww sorry babe.
4. It bugs me when people ride your butt driving then go around you and speed up, just to get to a red light ( kind of funny actually).
5. It bugs me when people are judgmental without knowing a situation first.
6. My A.D.D husband can really bug me sometimes (LOL sorry sweetie) it really does though. it's like he never hears what I say it can be frusrating. Love you
7. It bugs me when I can't remember something, and it's on the tip of my tongue.
8. It bugs me when people drive 5 miles per hour in the first snow storm, as if we have never driven in it before.
9. It bugs me when people belittle others.
10. It bugs me anytime you have to walk on egg shells with people, or they make you feel intimidated. ( who do they think they are anyways) :)

"Bowling With My Brothers and Sisters"

Okay seriously I am going to stop getting pictures until after Baby :( I look awful. Ofcourse my cute husband says that I look great and should post this picture (thanks babe) thank goodness for husband's huh. Anyways on friday night we went to fat cats for bowling and pizza with my brother's and sister's. It was really fun I hadn't been with my family bowling in well FOREVER. It was nice to get out with them. Right now Chris and I are just surrounded by family and we love it, not that we aren't usually but they are drawn to us because of the new baby :) So I bowled horrible, but hey great salad bar and pizza. Ofcourse here I go again talking about the good food I eat. Sorry that is all I ever seem to talk about on my posts haha. Well I took some pics of the fam below so check them out!!

"The Best DVD"

I know I know you probably were hoping for a good movie or something right? I hate to disappoint you, but this has become my new favorite DVD. Honestly for any of you that are pregnant, going to get pregnant, or want lose that fun baby weight then use this. It was only $14 and I got it off of overstock.com. If anyone wants any info. on this then please email me or let me know it's: cari.duncan@hotmail.com It is mostly a cardio DVD and it really really tones your glutes, thighs, great for the pelvis, and even your side stomach muscles. The best part about it though is that it is safe for baby and you, even better if your not pregnant and can do it more to the max. Anyhow I just had to write about how much I truly loved this DVD. Also to my little mind at ease all of my mommy friends let me know how much weight you gained during pregnancy. I would like some input just so I can feel better about my lovely weight gain :) isn't it fun... Only if you don't mind disclosing to me I would love to hear thanks ladies :)

"The Big 53"

Okay well I should have posted this atleast a week ago and forgot oops. It was my Mother-In-Law's Birthday ( the big 53). Chris's Aunt and Uncle came over with their two cute little kids Kennedy and Alex. They wanted to help Charlene open up her birthday gifts.

I just have to say what a wonderful woman I think that she is, besides an excellent Mother and Mother-In-Law. She has been a great example to me and has helped be a support to me along my journey spiritually. Char thank you so much for all that you do for Chris and I we could not ask for a better mother :) We are grateful for you and are so excited to give you a new grandchild, a boy at that yay!! We hope that you had a great birthday and we love you very much!!
